Free, nationwide support for people affected by crime and traumatic events.
We are here for you, 24/7.
Change the script on victim blaming.
If someone you care about was a victim of crime,
what would you say to them? Many victims are blamed for what happened to them - often by people they know.
What we say when someone opens up
can make a real difference.

Ma te atua mannaki kia koe homai tau te rangimaire I roto tou ngakau .May the Lord bless you give you peace in your heart
It was never your fault. Never. The entire blame is on the perpetrators - and even the 'harmless' ones who engage in locker banter. The monsters who are the worst at the top of the pyramid of assault are supported by the ones at the bottom who never do anything but make jokes, comments, or simply sexist remarks. WHAT'S SEEN AS HARMLESS SEXISM IS REALLY SUPPORTING THE WORST MONSTERS. We refuse to let them get away with it! LET'S END VICTIM BLAMING, SEXISM, MISOGYNY AND ALL GENDER DISCRIMINATION!
Sometimes we realise that we are trying to fix someone or something that's not ours to fix, and neither is it ours to carry. Let the energy from the thing leave you and return it to where it came from and then give yourself the healing balms of kindness, love and compassion 🤍
We stand with you. We believe you. Your anger is justified, your voice matters, and what happened to you is not your fault. The shame belongs solely to those who caused harm, never to those who endured it. You are not alone. There is strength in your survival, courage in your truth, and power in your voice.
It's not your fault
It is not my fault either I am estranged from my daughter's because they side with their abusive father who abused me for 18 year's. I am still healing and trying my best to move forward. I support this kaupapa
