Chief Executive: Tony Paine

Tony Paine's career in not-for-profit management began as a Project Manager with the NZ AIDS Foundation's National Office in Auckland. Following a move to Christchurch, Tony held senior management positions with the Methodist Mission. His experience in the social services sector led to Tony's appointment as CEO of Comcare Trust – a major provider of community psychiatric care in Christchurch. Tony's not-for-profit management skills were then put to use in the cultural sector when he was appointed as CEO of the Christchurch Arts Centre where he significantly increased revenues and initiated a series of development projects to revitalise this landmark venue for the arts, culture and heritage. Tony has recently moved to Wellington and consequently back into the social services sector, to take up the role of CEO, Victim Support NZ. Tony is also on the Board of Housing New Zealand Corporation and has a Masters in Management Studies from Waikato University. He is married with two daughters.

General Manager Operations: Kevin Tso

General Manager Operations: Kevin Tso

Kevin's role has overall responsibility for Victim Support's service delivery to victims including management of Government contracts to MOJ, MOH and MSD. Kevin manages the day to day operations involved in providing services to victims as well as HR management for the whole organisation. A key focus for Kevin since joining Victim Support in 2009 has been improving our information and technology systems to better support service delivery.

Communications & Marketing Manager: Emily Marden

Communications & Marketing Manager: Emily Marden

Emily has responsibility for managing all communications, marketing and fundraising. This includes management of Victim Supports external publications as well as corporate sponsorship. Since joining Victim Support in 2009 Emily has launched a new brand strategy for the organization to enhance our advocacy work and public profile. Included in this work is the current new-look website, and external publication VOICE. Emily also manages Victim Supports national events such as the 'Show You Care' 2010 National Appeal.

Training Manager: Lynne Warring

Manages the development and delivery of (volunteer and staff) training.

Finance Manager: Patrice Bogart

Financial management including budgeting and providing financial information and advice to management the Board and auditors.

Project Manager Crisis Response: Trudi Ashcroft

Develop, implement and maintain a nationwide first contact, phone service that supports the provision of effective, professional and timely responses to victims 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
